You may contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives with one of the following issues:

  • Significantly different from the product ordered

To review your request, we may ask for:

  • A short video showing the issue (if applicable)
  • Your order number

Resolution Options

After review and approval, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

The final resolution depends on the nature and severity of the issue reported.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for support:

  • Request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery
  • Product must not show damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Issue must be clearly documented

Return Shipping

For approved claims involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is not required unless specifically instructed by our support team.

In many cases, photo verification is sufficient for resolution.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
